How Do You Select What Goes In Each Box?

We select each high quality health item based on what your dog needs on a month-to-month basis. For example, products designed to keep your dogs mouth disease free will be delivered once every three months. Your multivitamins will be delivered once every two. These are designed to keep your dogs body working to its maximum potential every day. We also include all natural hand made toys and treats. These are purchased from the best distributors in the USA. Just remember if your buddy doesn't like any item, we will send a replacement for free!

When Will My Box Be Shipped?

Your first box will be shipped with priority mail within one day of purchase. The following boxes will be shipped one month from your initial purchase.
Does Better Barks Do Any Volunteer Work?
Yes! We support many animal shelters both locally and nationally.

We also run promotions periodically where we will donate a percentage of our sales directly to different animal shelters and abuse preventions programs.

Can I Send a Subscription To a Friend?

Yes, just enter your friend's name and pet's information when you check out.

Contact us if you would like us to add a card in the package as well at no extra charge :)

What is your Cancellation and Coupon Policy?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Just contact us at customercare@betterbarks.com and let us know you would like to cancel your subscription. If cancellation is requested, an immediate hold will be placed on your method of payment and you will stop being charged. If a promotional code was used and cancellation is requested within six months of subscription, you will be charged for value of promotional code and subscription charges will be ended.
