How Do You Select What Goes In Each Box?

We select high quality toys and health items based on existing market research and emerging studies that identify harmful chemicals and compounds that are bad for pet consumption.

Your first box will be shipped within one day of purchase. The following boxes will be one month from your initial purchase.

Does Better Barks do any volunteer work

Yes! we support both local and national dog shelters.

We also run promotions periodically where we will donate a percentage of our sales directly to different animal shelters and abuse prevention programs.

Can I Send a Subscription To a Friend?

Yes, just enter your friend's name and pet's information when you check out.

Contact us if you would like us to add a card in the package as well at no extra charge.

What is your Cancellation and Coupon Policy?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Just contact us at customercare@betterbarks.com and let us know you would like to cancel your subscription. If cancellation is requested, an immediate hold will be placed on your method of payment and you will stop being charged. If a promotional code was used and cancellation is requested within six months of subscription, you will be charged for value of promotional code and subscription charges will be ended.
